Mathematics educators have long recognized the Algebra 1 classes tend to have high student failure rates. That failure creates frustration and lost time for both teacher and students. The Iowa Algebra Aptitude Test can promote student success in algebra classes by helping educators more accurately determine which students should be place into Algebra 1 and into pre-algebra courses. The content of the IAAT has been carefully aligned with current NCTM recommendations, both for pre-algebra and algebra curricula and for testing.

Slosson Intelligence Test Revised, 3rd Edition (SIT-R)
The Slosson Intelligence Test for Children and Adults provides quick estimates of general verbal cognitive ability. It can be used for screening, tentative diagnosis, and use with the Iowa Acceleration Scale.
